You are planning on coming and you have been wondering what in the world will we eat. Aren't Matthew and Laura into weird food? Aren't they VEGAN?!
You are right. But you are also using the wrong adjective. We are not into weird food, we are into food that feeds the body and blows the mind. We are interested in bold flavors, wickedly hot spices, potent elixirs, ENZYMES, we want raw greens and we want them now.
So we've summoned the only dudes fit for such a calling, you guessed it: none other than the infamous Hot Knives. Dang.
For all of you who are worried about missing your meats and bland fillers, rest assured, it is only one night. You can go back to your preferred ways of eating on Sunday. But on this, the day of our caņada, we will ignite our tender palates with the genius and wisdom of the dear Alex Brown and Evan George.
The menu will feature such beauties as Radish Bites, Mini Port Cherry Pies, and many more equally thrilling eats. They have boasted of "stupendously meta plans for blogging the whole thing from start to finish." Head on over to their blog on Urban Honking for updates and teasers.
